Actually I left a comment but apparantly the computer ate it! I wrote that I was anti Mac until Damien got one and I love it. I am on my 2nd Dell in 5 years, and I love Dell, unfortunately I have tons and tons of problems with microsoft. So, I think what you want in a pc pertains to what apps you would use. Plus, I really really LOVE my i-pod! MAC or not, I love my i-pod! :)

Can I just point at my response to the original post? I admit there may be something intelligent and helpful in your ramblings, but I would much rather hear about the family than computers.

My husband is a Mac lover and eventually wants to replace our Dell with a Mac desktop - I think mostly because we are constantly having problems with the Dell, mostly that have to do with Windows, and we have never had any problems with his Mac notebook. Also, he is a film major, and he is always editing his movies, and like you said, Mac is definitely best for that kind of stuff.

Braden is just a name that we really liked and the only one we could agree on for a boy. Alexander is my mom's mom's maiden name, and it is Kevin's little brother's middle name, so we made both sides of the family happy using it.

Definitely thoughtful and informative. I mean, everybody loves to hear about family, etc. but there are some crazy boring blogs out that dedicated to ONLY the latest adventures in potty-training. That's cool and all, and I totally think celebrating the accomplishments/development/hilarity of children is fun to read about, but I appreciate the adult insight that you shared about apple/pc debate. But hey, that's just me.
